The working group will meet routinely to ensure ÉϺ£ÕÅÔ½ÀÏʦ³ö¹ì is focusing on the most relevant developments in this area and providing the most appropriate and effective resources for member companies.

Grant applications to reduce diesel emissions due Dec. 1st
As previously reported, ÉϺ£ÕÅÔ½ÀÏʦ³ö¹ì is concerned that changes proposed by the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) could complicate and prolong the approval of infrastructure projects, jeopardizing the potential benefits of recent legislative acts. On September 29, ÉϺ£ÕÅÔ½ÀÏʦ³ö¹ì joined 25 other industry groups in opposing CEQ’s proposed changes to the rules that implement the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
At a September 11 public meeting, ÉϺ£ÕÅÔ½ÀÏʦ³ö¹ì shared its concerns and recommendations regarding the White House Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) proposed Phase 2 revisions to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementing Regulations. ÉϺ£ÕÅÔ½ÀÏʦ³ö¹ì is concerned that the proposed revisions could complicate and prolong infrastructure projects, jeopardizing the potential benefits of recent legislative acts. Delays can increase project costs and even lead to abandonment. Efficiency is essential for timely community benefits, resilience, and economic strength.
